Modern Mother Goose-On The Loose # 792 (The Smile)

I let a smile loose-

For no reason, and with no excuse.

And, all of a sudden, the person next to me,

let one go too-

We were both smiling and grinning, the whole

way through.

.

Obviously, it didn’t have to be for a certain

season-

Obviously, it didn’t have to be for a particular

reason.

.

Just a smile, that seemed to last the whole

day long-

And, something else happened, of course I

could be wrong.

,

It appeared that we got others smiling too-

Some didn’t want to, but, nonetheless, it

did come through.

.

A smile can be contagious, and spread it

does appear to do-

Give me a minute, and I’ll make you smile too.
