Can’t stop-
But can make that anxiety drop.

1. Restroom.
2. Bus.
3. Santa.
===============
Let it be clear-
What you hear is
Santa arriving with
his reindeer.

The car came straight out of the parking lot-
To attempt, to stop, it did not.
.
Why would someone stop, when all was clear?
The motion, of a break, could cause fear?
.
The driver looked out yonder, no doubt-
Before, he actually pulled out.
.
No need to stop, before heading down the road-
For this would put the driver in rule-abiding mode.
.
Weaving in and out of traffic, was the next thing to do-
This driver was in a hurry, and he would get through.
.
No time for silly rules, it had never been a part, of his life-
Didn’t matter much, if it happened to cause others’ strife.
.
For this was his way, of feeling like a real person-
Obviously, anything else in his life, didn’t get that
job done.
.
Wreckless and inciteful, on the road, did fill the bill-
Every rule, to break, went into overkill.
.
The car came straight out of the parking lot-
To attempt, to stop, it did not.

Grandma didn’t want to stop
driving the car-
Even though she didn’t drive
very far.
Just a little trip to the store
and back-
Or to the hamburger place
to get a big mac.
And once a week to church
to pray-
Or to the park, on a sunny
day.
Yes, someone else could
take her, but she wanted
to stay independent-
To drive herself, wherever
she went.
Grandma didn’t want to
stop driving the car-
Even though she didn’t
drive very far.

1. After stopping and looking to make sure it is clear.
2. After waiting for a few minutes after it becomes clear.
3. Immediately pulling out without stopping in front of a car
that is the only car on the road for 2 miles.
===========================================
And be happy while you’re doing it and don’t worry-
For surely the car you pulled out in front of knows that
YOU are in a hurry.
