1. The sun is shining bright.
2. You are sweating.
3. It’s already 85 degrees, and you just woke up.
====================================
Already working up a sweat-
And we haven’t even had breakfast yet.

The car on the lot, was shining so bright-
It was the one I wanted, for it would serve me just right.
.
I could picture myself in it, on the street-
Blowing the A/C, keeping away the heat.
.
And, the color was a favorite of mine-
The perfect car, I no longer had to find.
.
I could buy it now, and be on my way-
But, then all of a sudden I realized that it was Sunday.
.
I could have my nails done, or go buy anything else
that I might need-
But, the car lot is closed on Sundays, my anxiety had
much, on which to feed.
.
On the other hand, it used to be where Sunday was
a day of rest-
Go figure, I have six other days, to enjoy that joy
ride test.
.
At least the car salesmen can count on an off day-
Maybe to spend the day with the family, in their
own chosen way?
.
The car on the lot, was shining so bright-
It was the one I wanted, for it would serve me just right

The Christmas tree is shining too bright and will keep me up all night-
We always turn off the lights, before we go to bed, it is only safe and right.

My neighbor already put up their Christmas
lights-
I know we’re always a bit later,
but, ours too, will shortly be shining
bright.
