The puppies were just as cute as they could be-
But, what happened to them was an autrocity.
.
They had been abandoned in a plastic box,
near a wheelie bin shelter-
And, when they were found, they caused quite
a stir.
.
For abandoning animals in Glasgow, Scotland, is
not nice-
To do so, one should think twice.
.
Anyway, these six had been saved, and were
looking for somewhere to live-
A name for each, the shelter staff decided
to give.
.
They picked certain names for a reason-
Well, you know for it is the season.
.
With these certain names, they were all set-
For there was Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Cupid,
and Comet.
.
Now all they had to do was to wait to go home-
No longer would they be abandoned, or on the roam.
.
The puppies were just as cute as they could be-
But, what happened to them was an autrocity.

Sally wrapped one present after another-
She wrapped one for her sister, she wrapped one for her brother.
.
She wrapped one for the neighbor down the street-
She wrapped one for her co-worker, who deserved a treat.
.
She wrapped one for Grandfather and Grandmother-
She wrapped one for Daddy and Mother.
.
She wrapped one for her niece and her nephew-
She wrapped one for the mailperson too.
.
She wrapped one for everyone on her list-
She checked it twice, to make sure no one was missed.
.
And, when she was finished, and all materials were put
away-
She wrapped her arm around, her extra pillow, tired, and
called it a day.
.
Sally wrapped one present after another-
She wrapped one for her sister, she wrapped one for her brother.
