1. See brush on patio. 2. Clean out hair. 3. Head towards Grandma. ========================== And then suddenly the idea went to mush- For Grandma was not going to get her hair done via the dog’s brush.
P. S. This actually happened to me today. (LOL)

We went shopping, Mommy and me-
To find the perfect doll, it just had to be.
.
It had to have the prettiest outfit-
It had to have legs that bent, so that it could sit.
It had to have hair just like us-
Otherwise, we might have to make a fuss.
The eye color was important too-
Same old same, the whole way through.
For Mommy and me we look a lot alike, in
many ways-
More some so, on certain days.
And, to figure out why, we need to look no further-
Than pictures, of much loved Grandmother.
A generational thing, that happens to be passed on-
Been going on since the first break of dawn.

I found the grandson, in my favorite spot-
He knows it’s where I like to relax a lot.
At 18 months, he learned it well-
So he figured out that he’d try it out,
by himself, for a spell.
He was sitting in my favorite chair-
Looking so grand, acting so fair.
With clicker in hand, and a snack too-
He was acting like Grandma, through and through.
We’ve spent many hours together, in that chair-
Watching tv, playing hand games, and checking out our hair.
I hope the grandson doesn’t get too comfortable, for as he
continues to grow-
That is Grandma’s spot, that he will have to learn and know.
