It’s Monday morning, once again-
No more relaxation, no more weekend.

Just a hard work week, to see ahead-
Time to get started, time to get out of bed.

Time to drink coffee, and head down the road-
To begin that 5 day work week load.

But, for just a moment-
To reflect on how the weekend was spent.
.
It was first rate-
To sleep in very late.
.
No schedule, to worry about-
No decisions to make or doubt.
.
Only free time that would last for
2 days-
To have full relaxation, in so many
ways.
.
But, my how that 2 days goes by so
fast-
With the thoughts of how to make it last.
