Modern Mother Goose-On The Loose # 628 (Labor Day)

Yesterday, when I got off of work, I went shopping-

Luckily, catching no red lights, there was no stopping.

.

I first stopped at Family Dollar to pick up a few things-

With several employees on hand, to do the cashier rings.

.

And, then off to Wal-Mart, I shopped for the rest-

I know where everything is and of course, I like that best.

.

I then stopped up, to gas the car-

Waved to the employee inside, that was not far.

.

Considering that it was Labor Day-

Obviously many were on hand to get that duty underway.

.

We usedl to close down business to celebrate the holiday-

But, with profit making, well, that would certainly get in the way.
