Modern Mother Goose-On The Loose (Here They Go Again)

Santa sat firmly in his sleigh-

First fastening his seat belt, before his driving got underway.

He also check that his reindeer were strapped in as well-

Everyone was secure, everything was going swell.

They had readied for this trip all year long-

They had eaten well and exercised to keep themselves strong.

.

For this was a journey that meant so much each and every year-

They left the North Pole to much fanfare and cheer.

To travel round the world would take all night-

They would work hard until the early morning light.

.

To visit each and every child, to fulfill their wishes-

While drinking glasses of milk and eating cake off of fancy dishes.
